Ali Hassan is a nationally touring comedian and actor whose past television credits include Odd Squad, Workin’ Moms, Murdoch Mysteries and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. He was nominated for Canadian Screen Awards for his roles on Run The Burbs and Sort Of. Hassan is also the host of CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud, and 2026 will mark his 10th year as the host of Canada Reads.
