If you are having problems hearing CBC Radio, report the problem to our technicians on this site and they will investigate.

3. What should I do if I'm having trouble seeing CBC TV?

If you are having issues seeing CBC TV in your community, you can find information on this site. First start by using our step-by-step checklist to determine if it's a local outage or something affecting your home only. You can then fill out the CBC Help Centre form.

4. Can I get transcripts and/or tapes of programs?

Transcripts are available for select radio shows and podcasts, but written transcripts are not available for regional or local radio programs. You can view the list of available programs and transcripts on this page.
