Must-see looks from the 2026 Golden Globes
Standout style moments from Hudson Williams, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence and more on the red carpet.

The 83rd annual Golden Globes opened the 2026 awards season in Los Angeles, with comedian Nikki Glaser returning as host.
The ceremony honours achievements in television and film, and this year’s lifetime honours go to Helen Mirren, the recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Sarah Jessica Parker, who is being recognized with the Carol Burnett Award.
The red carpet brought together nominees including George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Michael B. Jordan, Timothée Chalamet and Canadians Catherine O’Hara, Seth Rogen and Martin Short, along with presenters Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie of Heated Rivalry, Pamela Anderson, Charli XCX and Miley Cyrus.
This year, many attendees opted for classic, understated looks — tuxedos and black or white gowns dominated the carpet. Still, others turned to runway or custom designs, adding bold colours, sharp tailoring and statement accessories.

The Icelandic singer-songwriter wore a draped, custom orange Balenciaga gown, styled by Canadian stylist and frequent collaborator Leith Clark with David Yurman jewelry.
Hudson Williams

The Canadian star of the hit series Heated Rivalry wore an Armani ensemble — a cream dinner jacket, wide-leg trousers and a cummerbund — finished with gold hoop earrings and a serpentine Bulgari necklace.
Audrey Nuna

The U.S. singer, who provides the singing voice for Mira in KPop Demon Hunters, stood out in a Fall 2024 Thom Browne runway look.
Selena Gomez

Gomez, nominated for her work on Only Murders in the Building, wore a custom Chanel black velvet bustier dress embellished with white flowers made of feathers, silk chiffon and silk organza. She completed the look with Chanel shoes.

The Golden Globe nominee and Adolescence actor stood out in a boxy olive-and-khaki blazer and trouser combination by Bottega Veneta among the sea of black tuxedos on the red carpet.
Emily Blunt

Blunt, a best supporting actress nominee for The Smashing Machine, wore a sleek, minimalist white gown by Louis Vuitton with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
Jennifer Lawrence

There were a surprising number of stoles and wraps on the red carpet, and Lawrence’s embroidered floral Givenchy version — styled by Jamie Mizrahi — was one of the best.
Renate Reinsve

The Norwegian actor and Golden Globe nominee wore a tinsel-like silver Louis Vuitton look styled by Canadian Karla Welch.
Bella Ramsey

The Last of Us star wore a tailored black Prada suit and white shirt, finished with a hot pink pleated stole draped cross-body and knotted at the front, along with Pandora jewelry.
Miley Cyrus

Leave it to the American singer-songwriter to make an all-black ensemble look glamorous. The sequinned and ruffled gown is a custom Saint Laurent design, and her pendant necklace is by Tiffany & Co.
